Unfortunately, we are unable to accept your grant request as it is not for you or an immediate family member. Staples Cause for Caring considers the associate, their spouse or domestic partner, minor children and other dependents for which the associate is 100% financially responsible as eligible, immediate family. Typically, immediate family members are those who can be covered by the associate's insurance. Parents, grandparents or other relatives are not considered dependents unless the associate can show they are 100% financially responsible for that relative (i.e. a copy of the most recent tax return showing dependents).
 
Additionally, we encourage you to contact the Staples Life Services program through ComPsych Guidance Resources, our free and confidential employee assistance program. The Staples Life Services program can help you with emotional support and additional life services, including legal, financial, and other resources.
