Intro

The Athletics are dedicated to giving back to the community and are committed to helping charitable organizations throughout Nevada. The event sponsorship requests support requests from charitable 501(c)(3) organizations located in Nevada specifically seeking monetary support from the Athletics for sponsorship of a fundraising event.

In order to request sponsorship support for your event, we kindly ask that you follow these guidelines:

  • Organization must provide resources and/or support in Nevada. Geographic priority to Las Vegas based nonprofits.
  • Request must come from a charitable 501(c)(3) organization.
  • All requests must be submitted online at least six (6) weeks prior to the date of your event.
  • The online donation form must be filled out completely for your request to be considered.
  • Requests are limited to one (1) donation per organization per calendar year. If your request is not fulfilled, you can submit another within the same calendar year.
  • Please note that it may take up to 60 days for your proposal to be evaluated.
  • Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee you will receive contribution.


Exclusions

The A’s Event Sponsorship does not fund the following:

  • Non tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organizations
  • Individuals; this includes GoFundMe or other crowdfunding campaigns, individual or company fundraising efforts (ex. Relay for Life, United Way Campaign, etc.) as we directly support the local chapter of national charities
  • Program, project and/or initiative support
  • Capital and endowment campaigns
  • Multi-year pledge requests
  • Travel
  • Annual fund drives
  • Seed or startup funds
  • Operational budgets
  • Debt reduction
  • Academic or medical research
  • Partisan political organizations and/or activities
  • Sales incentives and/or corporate gifts
