PWHL Donation Request Criteria:

Donation Request must be submitted in its entirety online through the request form (phone calls, emails, in person will not be accepted)
Limit to one request per organization per year (local chapters of large organizations considered separate orgs.)
Donation request must be submitted 6 weeks prior to the event to be considered
Requester must be a registered nonprofit organization
Teams will not fulfill requests that in the markets of other teams (i.e. Ottawa will not fulfill in Toronto).
Organizations must support or benefit hockey, underserved youth & families, hockey access/retention, inclusion, or women’s equity.
Request must be for fundraising purposes only: Raffle, live or silent auctions
Submitting a request does not guarantee that an organization will receive a donation
PWHL does not accept personal merchandise or other items via mail or drop off with the expectation of being autographed by a player/staff member
PWHL is unable to accept requests for monetary donations or sponsorships
PWHL is unable to accept requests from political organizations and/or places of worship
PWHL is unable to accept requests for Individual participation fundraisers (walk-a-thons, Team-in-Training, Relay for Life, etc.)
PWHL is unable to accept requests for Rec activities (field trips, graduation nights, etc.)
