The Royals are happy to make in-kind donations to charitable organizations who positively impact our community. Please fill out and submit the following form at least six weeks prior to the event.

Due to the volume of requests, the Royals restrict our donations to organizations that reside within our six-state region (Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska and Oklahoma). Items will be sent to the organization address, not residences. A submitted request does not guarantee a donation. Only one donation per organization, per year, will be granted. Organizations which receive an item must complete an online reply form after the event, including the amount the item raised for the event, to be considered for future requests.

Do not upload any documents, e.g., copies of photo IDs, including any sensitive personal information.
