Reminder:  High School Graduating Seniors only, when applying for Selig Scholarship 

Please note that this form has a section for file uploads, so be sure to have the following documents on hand before proceeding with your application:

 

2 Letters of recommendation
The letter(s) of acceptance from the college/university you will be attending
A copy of your transcripts and grades

Applications must be received no later than May 30, 2025

You will be able to track your request via the Brewers’ partner DonationXchange.
 
 When you complete the application form, a DonationXchange  account will automatically be created for you and login information will be included in your confirmation email.
