The Rays Baseball Foundation accepts proposals for grants from nonprofit organizations that specialize in youth development, education, social responsibility, and wellness throughout the aforementioned nine counties in the Tampa Bay region. Our community fund grants are intended to supplement and support community-based not for profit organizations.

Applications will not be considered without the following information attached:
•Logo of selected organization
•Section 501(c)(3) tax-exempt letter
•Current operating budget
•Most recent audited financial statement, including an income statement and balance sheet
•Most recent annual report (if one is available) (Click on Upload File button to attach multiple documents. The files should be selected from a folder on your computer. The files will be listed under the attachment box. Files will be uploaded when you click submit. Attachments must be in one (1) of the following formats: Pdf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx. Limit the file size to less than 10MB.)
