In-Kind Donation Request Form

Intro

Penn Cinema is dedicated to giving back to our local communities and organizations through in-kind event donations for your upcoming silent auctions, raffles and fundraisers. We are focused on assisting:·

·K–12 Schools
·Libraries
·Youth Community Groups
·Community Foundations
·Athletics + Youth Clubs
·Arts & Entertainment

If your request falls into one of these categories and meets the following guidelines, please submit an online application. Due to the large number of requests we receive, we cannot honor all of them. Please limit your organization's requests for support to no more than two times per year. If your request is approved, we will contact you soon.

ELIGIBILITY
Because of our strategy of proactive, long term engagement, we are no longer accepting unsolicited requests for monetary donations including sponsorships. We are also unable to provide charitable support for organizations in the following categories:

·Individuals (scholarships, stipends, fellowships, personal assistance)
·For-profit organizations
·Religious groups for religious purposes
·Capital campaigns, endowment funds or memorials
·Lobbying, political or fraternal activities
·Individual study, research or travel grants

DESCRIMINATION
Penn Cinema will not support organizations that discriminate against a person or a group on the basis of age, political affiliation, race, national origin, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, disability, sexual orientation or religious belief.

RESPONSE POLICY
Due to the large volume of donation requests that we receive, please allow 30-45 days for your request to be reviewed. Once reviewed, we will contact you by email. To expedite the review process, please include as much information below as possible.
