Grant Request Form


We have the unique opportunity to provide monetary grants to deserving nonprofits across the South Central, Pennsylvania region that aligns with our fundraising criteria. The Foundation’s funding initiatives are focused on three pillars:

•Developing future leaders
•Promoting financial literacy
•Fortifying personal & professional growth with a commitment to give back and positively impact local communities

The Foundation is incredibly fortunate to have the capacity to support nonprofits through small grants thanks to the partnership and support of LINKBANK. We do our best to accommodate as many nonprofits as possible. Given the volume of requests throughout the year, we are unable to support each request. Please note that nonprofits can only request funding one time per calendar year. Please allow 90 days for a response to your request for funding.

To best achieve and enhance our mission, we focus our funding on organizations located within:

Dauphin, Cumberland, Chester, Lancaster, Northumberland, Schuylkill, and York Chester Counties.
Fit within our mission
Are not political entities
Are not requesting capital funding
Are not sponsorships
Are not marketing initiatives
Are not grant-making organizations
Have a 501(c)(3) status

Please include ALL of the following files:

- Most Recent 990
- 501©3 determination letter
- List of Board of Directors
- Organization Budget
- Program Budget
