Timberwolves Donation Request Form

Intro
As an active community participant, the Minnesota Timberwolves are dedicated to supporting non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, and South Dakota. We are proud to support the efforts of non-profit organizations that make our communities a better place to work, live and play.

Donation requests MUST be submitted at least 6 weeks prior to your event. Requests are reviewed at the beginning of each month. For example, events in June will be reviewed at the beginning of May. If your organization's request is declined, you will receive a notification. If your organization's request is accepted, you will receive a notification approximately 4 weeks prior to your event. Donations will be sent approximately 2 weeks prior to your event.
